Assists management to develop transaction fraud rules which effectively minimize cardmember disruptions while balancing financial impact and risk to the Credit Union.Monitors effectiveness of analytical methods and performance and reports when changes are neededAbility to respond after-hours, weekends and holidays to prevent a fraud eventProficiency working with large datasetsPerforms statistical analysis, including trend analysis, regression analysisAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, with proven skills to effectively manage prioritization while effectively meeting deliverables EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCELevel I:Two years of risk experience in banking/financial industry preferred.Experience in fraud mitigation and risk analytics in credit card or related consumer products highly preferred.Experience and expertise in VISA Data Manager, Risk Services Manager and Managed Real-Time Programs through VISA preferred.Basic knowledge of statistical concepts, predictive modeling, and analytic tools.Level II: Bachelor's Degree preferred in any of the following: Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred Advanced degree in a quantitative or a related field is highly preferred.Three years of risk experience in banking/financial industry preferred.Experience in fraud mitigation and risk analytics in credit card or related consumer products required.Two years of experience and expertise in successful operations of VISA Data Manager, Risk Services Manager and Managed Real-Time Programs through VISA.Solid knowledge of statistical concepts, predictive modeling, and analytic tools preferred. #cb
