The DigitalMarketing Manager plays a key role in the execution of the Industry MarketingTeam's content and marketing campaigns with the end goals of generating demandand renewals for new and existing members, respectively. Through their rolecreating and delivering content through multiple channels, the DigitalMarketing Manager plays a critical role in facilitating the Industry MarketingTeam in meeting quarterly and annual goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing emailmarketing, building webpages via Sitecore, providing marketing analyticssupport / data analysis, monitoring the marketing and sales funnels andperforming leads analysis and qualification. This opportunity is based in Washington, DC Primary Responsibilities: CampaignDesign, Management, Execution, and OptimizationManage day-to-day creation, execution,and optimization of marketing campaigns consisting of email flows, web pagebuilds, and social media and paid advertising management for both new businessgeneration and member renewal Adhere to company editorial bestpractices across all marketing channelsExecute against key milestones on theMarketing content calendar, completing campaigns and page builds according toagreed upon timelines and communicating any roadblocks to success toappropriate constituentsMeasure, analyze, and report oncampaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that willincrease efficiency and performance of our marketing effortsExecute and recommend landing page, webpage, social media, and email testing plans to optimize conversion performancefor retention goalsContribute to SEO, UX and crossmerchandising strategies for our websiteAssist in the development of leadnurturing campaigns that turn passive inquiries into qualified leads ready forsales contact. Report results, analyzeproduct/contact trends, and communicate roadblocks to sales, marketing, andaccount management leadership on a regular basisMaintain the day-to-day management ofteam dashboards & metric reporting, including recommending adjustments toshare across teamsPartner with Account Management andDelivery teams to ensure timely follow up to generated leads/member serviceContentKnowledgeMaintain industry knowledge across adiverse range of topics in marketing and assigned health care terrainDevelop expertise in marketing best practices and share lessons learned with Research leadership teams for renewal optimization Continuously hone digital marketing technology expertise across a wide array of automation and optimization software platforms including but not limited to Oracle -Eloqua, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Webtrends, Google Adwords, and Visual Optimization ManagerTrack and report what types of contentare leveraged most frequently and are most effective as a way to determinewhere efforts should be invested in creating new content for both existingmembers and prospects Achieves high standards of productivityand timelinessProactively edit existing collateraland / or scripting to reflect latest market intelligence while being aware of andadhering to brand guidelinesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from an accreditedCollege / University2+ years professional work experienceProventrack record of working in a commercial cultureKnowledge of online marketing methods andbest practices 1+ years experience in productmarketing, digital marketing, marketing management, marketing communications, business development,market development, product management or related rolesExperience working in digital marketing technology across a wide array of automationand optimization software platforms including but not limited to Oracle-Eloqua, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Webtrends, Google Adwords, and Visual OptimizationManagerPreferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience translating businessand sales goals into actionable marketing plans with a varied mix of programsand tools tailored to meeting those objectivesProven knowledge of lead generation, ROIanalysis and optimization Experience with Eloqua marketing automationsystem Experience with Salesforce reporting Experience with HTML / SitecoreSoftSkills:Proven record of success in current positionProven ability to use data toeffectively make decisions Ability to communicateeffectively with internal and external contacts, both written and oralCareerswith OptumInsight.
