The role of this position is to initiate and coordinate hiring activities including, but not limited to: interviewing active and passive candidates, online advertising, direct mail advertising, email advertising, social media activities.Essential Job Functions:Initiates recruitment activities based on company need, directed by direct ManagerReview of provider applications for appropriate qualificationsInterviewing of qualified applicants and ongoing communication with candidates throughout hiring process regarding questions or concernsRecommends candidates for hire and negotiates hours and salary/hourly reimbursementCoordinates hiring activities with the on-boarding staffReceiving all signed offer lettersPerform background checks for all candidatesCollecting all credentialing applications, certification documents, etc.Extensive phone/email interactionsQualifications:Minimum 6 months of Recruiting experienceStrong communication skillsExperience working with an applicant tracking system is preferredHigh attention to detailAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
