Ref ID: 04530-0010475826Classification: Operations Manager/Director/VPCompensation: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per yearAs Senior HR Manager, you will responsible for providing HR leadership. You will report to the HR Director, and lead a team of one Recruiter and one HR Business Partner. This role is based in McLean, Virginia and will require up to 30% travel both in the US and internationally. What you'll be doing: . Operate as both a strategic and operational Business Partner performing full life cycle human resources support within the business, through the planning and execution of HR practices and programs. . Partner with leadership to create a culture that supports the strategy for business growth while implementing high-value added HR processes that support business goals and objectives. . Partner with all management levels to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process and culture. . Use data driven HR business insights to provide solutions and recommendations to management. . Collaborate with the central HR functions (recruitment, administration and operations, and organizational learning) and all elements of the HR delivery model to ensure delivery of world class, cost effective HR services and programs to address critical business needs and employ relevant measures of success. . Support the development of a workforce strategy and lead recruitment to translate strategy into an executable plan. . Collaborate with managers to resolve a range of issues including employee relations (performance and disciplinary) and develop short and long term HR strategies and solutions, designed to achieve optimal departmental performance and organizational effectiveness. . Act as a fiduciary committee member for the 401(k) and work with external advisors and internal executives to make key decisions for the plan. . Lead the implementation of the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and related requirements. . Maintain the US and Canadian Handbooks and validate that they are in compliance with labor laws and generally take leadership to make sure that the company remains in compliance with all labor regulations and laws. . Input into the local immigration process when required.What we're looking for: . More than 10 years of experience in human resources . Proven experience providing HR leadership in a HR Manager / Business Partner capacity . A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast paced business environment . Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership . Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of employment regulations. . Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, and experience in creative problem solving, change management, and eliminating barriers at an organizational level. .
