The ideal HR/Recruiting Manager will: Recruiting: . Source and manage database of candidates/applicants . Manage contingent hire processes for project management engagements . Manage job postings and recruiting firms . On-campus recruiting . Interview administration, background checks and checking references . Full administration of onboarding conducts new-employee orientations and pilot project for services team HR: . Develops organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. . Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including: staffing, employment processing, training and development, records retention management, succession planning, and employee relations and retention. . Manages human resources operations by non-exempt recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change. . Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction. . Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications. . Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. . Acts as agent of change in redefining the human resources function and outputsThe ideal HR/Recruiting Manager will possess: . 5+ years of experience . Bachelor degree preferred but not required .
