Should be professional, confident, enthusiastic, and have excellent social and organizational skills, along with exceptional communication skills, poise and the ability to excel in a dynamic atmosphere. This individual should have a passion for identifying top talent, partnering with a collaborative team, and have the desire to grow within a flourishing organization. Responsibilities will include the following: Explore the internet, firms databases, and other resources to identify the best candidates. Apply creative sourcing tactics and look for new ways to network with top talent. Embrace new recruiting technologies and tools that might aid in your efforts. Manage candidate pipelines for the experienced hire recruiter searches while also presenting opportunistic talent that aligns with firm strategic growth areas. Capture competitive/market intelligence for business units you are assigned to and communicate findings to experienced recruiters and business leaders. Connect the talent you've discovered with the current or future openings based on the candidate's skills and how the align with the company's needs. Conduct pre-qualifying phone screens of candidates and targeted warm calls utilizing selling techniques to generate interest in opportunities. Attend in-person and online events to spot potential new hires and enthuse them about working for such an awesome company. Get excited to tell job seekers about all the new career opportunities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. Prior experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of Workday is a plus. Demonstrated ability to utilize creative sources to uncover hidden talent; driven to meet and exceed both departmental and individual goals. Technical sourcing experience a plus.
