Human Resources (Hr) Coordinator
A prestigious Washington DC law firm is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of their HR Department's staff recruiting. The qualified applicant will be an eager recent college graduate with good attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. Prior administrative and/or human resources experience is a plus. As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with staff recruiting, scheduling applicant interviews, conducting new employee orientations, administering new hire paperwork, conducting reference checks and employment verifications, greeting department visitors. The successful applicant will have the ability to maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates will prior recruiting experience (ideally agency) will have the opportunity to conduct their own interviews and help make hiring decisions.
