Legal Recruiter and Sales

If you've ever considered taking the leap into legal recruiting now is the time! This position is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire attorneys, paralegals, and/or other legal professional job orders for a variety of law firms and/or specialized clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates. *Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.*Networks within the Legal community and develops effective relationships with key client contacts. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements: *Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. *Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. *Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. *Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions. *Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
