Primary contact for voice messaging throughout the Sentara system. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all staff, community, physicians and patients utilizing the phone system and messaging applications. This position is the main point of contact for emergent and critical call requests throughout the enterprise.
Previous healthcare and multi-line phone experience preferred. Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
This position is full time, rotating shift(evenings/nights) as well as weekends.
