  • Work with a team to develop and enhance strategies and technologies to optimize sales and customer experiences 
  • Translate business strategies into products that excite the customers while positioning the company for growth 
  • Motivate the team, collaborate with internal partners to ensure goals are being met
  • Use market analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices to drive product strategy
  • Define sales direction, prioritize and manage features that will deliver outstanding customer experiences 

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy and analysis into performance and results
  • Call Center Management and analytics experience
  • Experience applying market knowledge to create and implement growth via a tactical sales approach
