Our Relationship Banker (Teller) II will be responsible for the following: Accepts and accurately processes all financial teller transactions Maintains responsibility for cash drawer and follows proper balancing procedures. Provides excellent customer service by providing answers and assistance for customers' questions and concerns Cross-sells other bank services and refers customers to other departments as appropriate Reviews and maintains knowledge of products, fees and policies and stays current on offerings and is able to make product suggestions with assistance Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual compliance training Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Howard Bank "Hands On" Approach Our Relationship Banker (Teller) II will meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-4 yeas' banking experience, knowledge and training in bank products and operations Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations Highly motivated-sales and service driven PC proficient; competent with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Effective problem solving and decision making ability Energetic team player FEDERAL CONTRACTOR STATUS DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION: It is the goal of Howard Bank to be inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
