Attorney: Technology Transactions and Privacy Attorney Our client is a national law firm. Their highly regarded Business Technology practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its expanding Technology Transactions, and Privacy practice. Our ideal candidate will have substantive experience handling regulatory and legal issues faced by blockchain, bitcoin and other virtual currency businesses, complex technology transactions, licensing, and financial services matters related to emerging and traditional payment systems, services, and products. Experience working with clients on federal and state regulatory licenses and applications, compliance and enforcement matters, complex bank and money transmission. Regulatory issues, privacy, and cyber security is a plus. Attorney: Technology Transactions and Privacy Attorney Requirements: Must be an Attorney with three to six years of legal experience in: Three to five years of experience technology transactions, licensing, and payment and financial services matters related to emerging and traditional payment systems, services, and products. Three to years of working with privacy and data security issues in the context of complex technology transactions, including significant mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, other multidisciplinary transactions, advertising agreements, service agreements, e-commerce agreements, and other commercial transactions Three to six years of legal experience working on data privacy and cyber security issues is a plus Academics must be outstanding Please reference Job Code 5122 BW when responding to this position.
