Our Marketing Account Executives are responsible for identifying our customer's needs and are trained to provide a quality service that ensures consumer loyalty and increases name-brand recognition for our clients. Position duties include: Sell specific client products and services to consumers based on their needs. Demonstrate product options and show consumers how to maximize service features. Discuss new account details including: price, credit terms, sales contracts, rewards and installation schedules. Process new customer account orders in person and over the phone. Professionally represent and promote brand-awareness with products and service promotions at big-box retailers. Conduct outbound customer follow-up calls to confirm service installations, clarify cancellation status, or complete product sales. Work closely with the Operations Manager to collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations. Leadership and management opportunities with Spring Strategies are available and limited to individuals who can excel in an entry level role.Responsibilities of a Junior Marketing Account Executive: Regularly attend client meeting for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting. Implementation of marketing directives and sales strategy on a local level in assigned territories to engage consumers and assist in relationship development with the brand Contact consumers about existing products/services and assess the need for any additional features / upgrades and enter information as part of the consumer feedback loop Track and report measures of success in the market Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business Minimum Qualifications of the Junior Marketing Account Executive: Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people Strong presentation skills
