    Time-In-Grade Requirement: If you are current Federal employee, you meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For this GS-13 position, you must have served 52 weeks (1 year) at the GS-12 level. A SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility MUST be submitted within your application package. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment.

    For this GS-13 level: Specialized Experience - You must have at 52 weeks (1 year) of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Specialized experience for this position includes:
    1. Interpreting and implementing records and information management principles, laws, regulations, and directives;
    2. Leading projects to improve compliance with records and information management requirements; and
    3. Developing and implementing procedures to improve the administration of records and information management program(s) and Records and Information Management program operations, including program monitoring, providing guidance, assistance, and training.

    This position has no educational requirement.
