1. Demonstrated experience integrating and leading a large number of complex activities across the agency ? preferably that involve working across multiple mission directorates and offices.
2. Experience in developing and executing an integrated, Agency-level strategy that results in innovative solutions and outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to apply management principles including long-range strategic planning, leading large groups of personnel, and directing agency-level operations.

To qualify, candidates must have the skill and ability to perform the duties described above as demonstrated by progressively responsible supervisory/managerial experience, normally with several years at the GS-15 level or equivalent, which demonstrates clearly the ability to manage people and resources.
