Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse Team Coordinator for Cardiac & Vascular Lab (to include Cath, EP, VIR, Neuro). BSN and experience is required.

Hours/Shift: Full Time (Day Shift)

Department/Position Overview:
The Cardiac Cath Lab has three (3) procedural labs and one minor procedure room. We focus on pre, intra, and post care for patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures.

The Team Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Supervises procedural area staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Serve as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility.
