Job Description: Sentara's Corporate Office is Currently Recruiting for a Full Time Project Management Manager.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President of System Integration, Project Manager for the Sentara Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO. Responsible for the completion of the CMS MSSP application and all requirements associated with the CMS defined requirements for ACO approval and implementation. First year responsibilities include selection and assessment of ACO provider practices (employed practices and independent) and coordination with CMMI (CMS) provided resources to assist practices in ACO readiness. Formation of ACO Board, and ensuring data tools for data collection, reporting, and provider usability (both employed and independent providers). ACO with 1,000 providers and 75,000 attributed patients to start yet will expand in subsequent years. Works closely with ACO leadership, medical directors and senior executives from all Sentara divisions and regions. Identifies processes that best align with designated initiatives, participants and specific goals. Pursue opportunities through research and complete analysis of future expansion of the ACO to include taking upside and downside risk. Key liaison for this population health initiative.

Other
Masters in Healthcare Administration with residency training or MBA with Healthcare Project Management experience required. Requires analytical abilities necessary to resolve problems related to project concept, design and implementation issues. Demonstrated skills in the area of business pro-forma development.
