The Performance Excellence Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the systems Performance Excellence and Strategic Planning efforts. This position works with the Director of Performance Excellence & Strategic Planning to monitor adherence to Performance Excellence standards while providing training, support, and consultation to help each business unit achieve its goals.
Collaboratively, the Performance Excellence and Strategic Planning departments are focused on promoting a culture of continuous improvement using the Baldrige framework and facilitating system-wide strategic planning efforts to align and monitor progress towards our priorities. The Coordinator provides support to key stakeholders, physicians, and entity leaders, in order to implement initiatives that transform the systems culture in order to deliver world-class care to our community.
3 years of progressive health care experience
National or state-level Performance Excellence examiner
Bachelors degree in related field
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
