Director of Facilities Management

Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC), PC is seeking a experienced professional to coordinate all facilities improvement projects for FRC including construction and,
renovation as well as upkeep of our various facilities. This is Full time, exempt position with Benefits.

Major Responsibilities:
1)Planning budgets and obtaining quotes and schedules of approved facility modifications.
2)Overseeing construction projects, renovations and refurbishments.
3)Ensuring that the project is on schedule and within budget.
4)Obtaining and overseeing contracts for cleaning services and security systems.
5)Obtaining and overseeing contracts for HVAC services ensuring that equipment is being serviced and meeting the needs of the facilities.
6)Participating in imaging equipment installation making sure any required facility accommodations/improvements are completed on schedule.


Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in the area of project management, construction projects or facilities improvement. Prefer minimum of 2-4 years of experience working
in radiology or radiology/medical construction to understand the needs of our facilities. Must be able to drive to various offices and facilities and hold a valid driver's
license as required by this position.
