Hours/Shift: 7am -7pm OR 7pm-7am Night Shift
Department/Position Overview: This is a 36 bed Intermediate Care Unit or IMCU. The IMCU or stepdown unit, cares for generally higher acuity medical surgical patients to include the care of Stroke patients. As a new hire, you would receive training and support during your first year from a unit based Ambassador. We are looking for nurses who want to make a difference, take pride in their work and enjoy being a part of a team.

Built on evidence based curriculum developed by experts from academic medical centers and nursing schools across the country, the program focuses on these critical areas; leadership, patient outcomes and professional role. If you have less than 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, you will be automatically enrolled in this year long program. The residency curriculum is designed as monthly 4-hour seminar sessions and is considered paid work time supported by your education and leadership teams.
