Here’s an exciting sales opportunity in the Tysons, Virginia, area: We’re hiring a Director of Sales for a new sales office for our proposed Life Plan Community. You’ll lead a team of professionals, with strong support from Mather LifeWays. Your leadership will be a crucial component in the initial success of this community. The Mather will have 300 luxury residences for those age 62 and better and is forecast to open in 2022.

 

 Your main duties will include:

  • manage the pre-sales and sales process
  • educate prospects, secure deposits and move-ins and achieve sales goals
  • lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • ensure all inquiries, depositors, and new residents receive extraordinary customer service

Qualifications Education

Preferred

Bachelors or better in Sales or related field.

 

Experience

Required

Sales Management experience and track record, selling experience (service related), strong computer skills, professional appearance and demeanor

 

Preferred

Preferred: College Degree, 3+ years Senior Living Sales or related experience
