IP Billing Analyst

Progressive DC firm is seeking an IP Billing Analyst.  The candidate will be responsible for billing functions including all activities necessary to produce and distribute proformas and final invoices for each assigned attorney in a timely and accurate fashion.  Primary duties full into these categories: Billing, On-demand/Project Prosecution Billing, Client Proformas, Client Invoices, and E-Billing.

Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of legal billing experience with at least five 5 years in IP billing and experience with a specific concentration in On-Demand/Project Prosecution billing for US/Foreign Patent and Trademark Prosecution required.  E-billing experience is required with E-Billing Hub experience preferred.  Candidate should also have proficiency with MS Office Suite.  Ability to organize high volume of work flow, work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines, attention to detail and problem solve is required.  Some OT may be required.
