As a front desk secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our Company. Our Receptionist’s duties include providing administrative support across the company, Greet and welcome guests, as soon as they arrive at the office. Along with Directing visitors / incoming calls to the appropriate personnel department. This position requires you to multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed, along with maintaining a up to date files for almost all administrative needs. Position requires a lot of communication with the accountant, president, project manager and employees,
Chosen applicant will also be required to make occasional in-person meeting visits. Benefits include private fully-furnished office space and use of company vehicles for work purposes. This is a full-time position within the company. Applicants must provide recent references of relevant skills and work history.
