SharePoint Administration - Help Desk Specialist

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist who has familiarity with SharePoint and is dynamic and independently motivated!
The Help Desk Specialist will respond to customer inquiries and track and monitor requests to completion. The successful candidate will be able to proactively communicate and collaborate with clients, management, and team members in the completion of tasks.
The candidate must have a BA/BS and experience in help desk or requirements gathering efforts for Federal clients. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Must have ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office required.
