Promotions Coordinator Office of National Collections

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Office of National Collections has an opening for a talented, energetic, self-motivated Promotions Coordinator to join our team! Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Promotions, the Promotions Coordinator administers and manages annual marketing campaigns and ad hoc marketing/communications projects. The Promotions Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and closing eight (8) yearly campaigns and overseeing additional special projects. S/He coordinates with internal and external vendors for strategy, design, editing, and translation services. Other project tasks include, but are not limited to: research; writing; proofreading and editing; and print management and distribution. The Promotions Coordinator is also responsible for the Office’s web pages and social media content.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of related work experience and education. Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, and fields related to fund raising and promotion. 5 years of related experience. Bi-lingual, English and Spanish (oral and written) desirable
