The HR Generalist reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and provides professional human resources support and coordination in core areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits, pension administration, employee-labor relations, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, employee training and development, and record keeping/compliance. In conjunction with the HR Director, serves as a focal point for implementing and managing human resources programs and initiatives and for resolving human resources related issues at the department level. Serves as liaison between JHCP departments and JHH/JHHS Human Resources. JHCP Human Resources Department - Mt. Washington - Baltimore, MD Exempt, Full-time - 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday Work requires a Bachelor's Degree in business administration/human resources or a related field. Three years of Human Resource Generalist or related experience. Experience in a Healthcare/customer-intense environment preferred. Work requires knowledge and understanding of all aspects of human resources management, policies/procedures and the ability to effectively interpret, apply and communicate such information appropriately.
