Responsibilities:Esta posici n esta encargada de lavar la ropa de cama sucia y toallas mediante el uso de la maquinaria en lavanderia. Asistir y ayudar a los hu spedes proporcionando un servicio amistoso y profesional junto a las regulaciones de salud.Siguiendo siempre los estandares de c lidad que aseguran una satisfacci n al hu sped.Responsibilities:Limpieza: Responsable de completer los procedimientos de lavanderia, separar, lavar, secar, doblar, planchar, inspeccionar, transportar, organizar toda la ropa de cama , etc. Usar con cuidado los qu micos para asegurar la sanitizaci n este complete. Asegurarse que el carrito de trabajo, las telas, las habitaciones y las areas de trabajo esten limpias, almacenadas y listas para usar.Atenci n al cliente: Responsable de la satisfacci n del hu sped, lo correspondiente al rea de lavanderia. Asistir y responder a las necesidades en una manera postiva y lo ms pronto posible con los ms altos niveles de c lidad en el servicio. Trabajar en equipo en las juntas y apoyar en las necesidades del departamento o que los demas puedan tener. Entender y seguir el programa de B. F Saul Company Hospitality Group de recuperaci n.Seguridad/Proceso de Riesgos:Asegurarse de tener un rea limpia y segura en conjunto con las regulaciones de B. F Saul Hospitality Group, marca, local, estatal y federal. Inspeccionar las habitaciones y detectar si necesita algun mantenimiento y reportarlo. Tener conocimiento de como usar correctamente qu micos utilizados en el rea de Housekeeping. Seguir los procedimientos para hu spedes/empleados incidentes. Conocer los procedimientos en caso de una emergecia. Auto responsabilidad: Producir vol menes de trabajo, planeando, organizando y prioritizando las labores. Apegarse a la pol tica de B. F Saul Hospitality Group de Asistencia, apariencia ya las reglas de trabajo general. Asist ra las juntas de departamento y del hotel. Responsable del uso apropiado del equipo de trabajoy de los suministros.This position is responsible for processing all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry machinery to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Groupquality standards. Assists guests by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, including adherence to health regulations. Follows B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Grouphigh standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.Responsibilities:Cleanliness: Responsible for completing all laundry procedures; sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, inspect, transport, organize all hotel linens; operate, clean and maintain equipment; safely use chemicals to ensure sanitation standards are met. Ensures cart, linen, rooms, work areas and equipment are clean, stocked and in working order. Guest Service. Accountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the property. Assists and responds to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing the highest level of quality service to the guest. Works as a team player in meeting guests and department needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments as necessary. Understands and follows B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group guest service recovery program. Safety/Risk Management: Ensures a clean and safe work area in compliance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state and federal regulations. Inspects work area and equipment for maintenance needs and reports any maintenance service issues. Knowledgeable on safe use of chemicals utilized within the housekeeping department. Follows all B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures for guest/team member s incidents. Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures. Self Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, and general work rules and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift.
