Our culture offers a unique blend of a high achieving; high-energy workforce in a casual, laid back setting and our employee-focused culture is consistently honored as a ?Best Place to Work?.As the Senior Marketing Manager you will: Act as team lead for all myCARFAX Service Shops B2B marketing activitiesDevelop and deploy creative and innovative marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement and retention of myCARFAX service shops to achieve program goalsSupport the sales efforts of the corporate, partner development and inside sales teams through the creation of sales support materials including presentation decks, talking points, marketing collateral (print, video, social, etc.), website content and copy, and promotional itemsLeverage multiple marketing channels ? including e-mail, direct mail, and print advertising ? to:Reach shop prospects, qualify them (MQL) and convert them to sold accountsMeasurably increase awareness, engagement, satisfaction and retention of sold accountsIntelligently segment prospects and existing accounts to continually deliver the right message at the right timeWork with sales and brand teams to establish and refine myCARFAX messaging and positioning, and ensure consistent delivery of this messaging at all touchpointsRequirements:Commitment to Innovation ? must be able to generate new ideas and programs based on best practices and the success of other programsAbility to move ideas to action ? ability to rapidly turn ?back-of-the-napkin? ideas and concepts into viable communications initiativesStrong project management/organizational skills ? ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing detail, and to effectively communicate progress against established goals and timelinesStrong interpersonal skills ? ability to ?listen but lead,? and to coordinate across various departments, organizational levels and personality types to achieve goalsResults oriented ? ability to use metrics to manage work and measure success with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goalsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:10+ years? work-related experienceBachelor?s degree in marketing or related fieldB2B marketing experienceExperience developing and implementing segmented lead generation campaigns that delivered measurable resultsExperience conceptualizing and overseeing email campaigns delivered through a marketing automation platform (ie Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.).Ability to effectively utilize data to drive marketing decisions, and to quantify, report on and improve marketing ROIInnovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracyAutomotive service industry experience a plusVery strong copywriting/proofreading skills.About CarfaxCarfax, a unit of IHS Markit (Nasdaq: INFO), helps millions of people every day confidently shop, buy, own and sell used cars with innovative solutions powered by Carfax vehicle history information.
