We could say we need an energetic, hard working, self-motivated, detail oriented restaurant manager to work their ass off but that would be like everybody else. We aren't like everybody else. We need a Do-It-All (which isn't the same as a Know-It-All) to lead, train, motivate and oversee our servers and bar staff. We're an established, fun, family owned restaurant with a waterfront location, casual atmosphere and Chesapeake Bay cuisine. We have a lot of great people and lots of nice customers so there's plenty to do and not get bored! Ideally the right restaurant manager candidate will have passion for hospitality, food, and wine, a strong work ethic and 3 years experience in front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant restaurant management positions.
