Federal IT Proposal Writer
The Technical Proposal Writer will be handling technical writing & editing supporting Business Development including: Proposals, Responses to Sources Sought, RFI, RFQ, RFP, development of Offering and Marketing literature primarily supporting the Public Sector, Federal engagements.1. Review, analyze, and interpret technical and administrative requirements provided in Sources Sought, RFIs, and RFPs to gain a thorough understanding of the objectives of each solicitation2. Disseminate and create Requirements and Compliance matrixes3. Develop and integrate win themes, discriminators, and key success factors for responses4. Make recommendations on how best to respond to the RFP meeting or exceeding the customer's requirements5. Write, edit, and rewrite technical sections; maintaining document configuration management and control6. Conceptualize clear, informative technical graphics7. Meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality8. Ensure RFP uniformity and that all format specifications have been followed and meets all proposal deadlines9. Improve the readability and clarity of text and minimize cliches10. Minimize style differences from multiple authors and contributors11. Consolidate multiple inputs to assure "one voice" consistency. 12. Works collaboratively with Proposal Management for feedback on design standards13. Creates style manuals and acronym lists that are customized for each proposal effort14. Ensure the proper contextual integrity of each completed proposal section by reviewing edits with the respective SME/contributor15. Proven track record of collaborating in a team environment to get the job done under all circumstances16. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, handouts, presentations and white papers."
