Our client in Herndon, VA is looking to hire a Talent Sourcing Specialist for an open ended contract. This person will be responsible for prospecting for new candidates via strategic recruiting activity.Job QualificationsMust have at least 1+ year of sourcing experienceCollege degree preferred, but not requiredExperience working with a Applicant Tracking System (Ultipro is preferred, but not required)Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop relationships with potential candidates/job seekers through creative recruiting strategy, including the use of internal data base job boards, social networking and college recruitmentProactively build talent pipelines through Internet sourcing, talent hunt sessions, referral generation, and other sourcing campaignsReview resumes and screen candidates to determine suitability and technical acceptanceMaintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline and candidate hot list using a Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Collaborate with other recruiters and coordinators to provide the best candidate experienceSchedule candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managersDocument all candidate conversations into ATS for historical data and productivity reportingComplete various projects and tasks, as assignedAbout Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
