Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldDeputy Program ManagerAct as a team leader in the work of all personnel to ensure compliance with standards and operating procedures and the requirements of this contract.Address problems related to the personnel employed under the contract, and assist in the resolution of all personnel problems.Assist in providing on-the-job training in methods and procedures to newly assigned staff, and develop visual aids, as required, to promote operational efficiency.Assist in data gathering for various productivity reports, and conduct internal surveys as directed.Resolve working level complaints and/or problems, and resolve other operational problems within the scope of this contract.Ensure that routine maintenance on equipment is performed, and participate in system changes to accommodate increased workload and organizational changes.Ensure that adequate personnel are available to accomplish required work, and initiate replenishment actions for expendable supplies furnished by the Government.Minimum Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance to include an extensive background investigation.Must have years (5) years of management experience in handling time-sensitive, service-oriented functions.Must have a comprehensive knowledge of support services functions, for example mail management/warehousing/administrative support services).Experience managing programs, projects and/or contracts with at least 100 FTE or a minimum $20M annual budget.Experience managing a large workforce across multiple locations, including experience with recruiting, hiring, clearing, vetting, and training candidates.Preferred Qualifications:Undergraduate degree preferred.Active Top Secret clearance preferred.Department of Justice experience preferred.Facilities management or administrative support experience preferred.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
