The Systems Administrator (Tier-2 technician) will perform:Reports to the Duty ManagerTroubleshoot technical issues related to data center resourcesProvide real time (first resolution) support to maintain a high level of performanceProactively monitor and manage system reported events to reduce and/or prevent system downtimesProvide quick response and resolution to all incidents, which may include excalating issue to a higher support tierLiason with 3rd party vendors for the replacement of hardware partsProvide on-site, phone, email, and remote supportMonitors IT performance against agreed service levels Uses event monitoring toos as by provided by EMSResponds to Priority 1 and Priorty 2 incident notificationsParticipates in outage conference calls as required by managementMonitors escaleted issue, incidents, and services to ensure appropriate team participationAssign and remediate tickets in the assigned queuesOther duties as required by managementShift Hours: Wed-Sat, 6AM#dpost #cjpost #ISDcj8-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Comprehensive knowledge of both information technology and business issues. 2. Comprehensive knowledge and awareness of current information technology products, services, and solutions. 3. Effective supervisory skills. 4. Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in systems administration and support. 5. Advanced knowledge of related hardware and software. 6.
