Responsible for the analysis, administration and support of voice, video, and/or data communications networks.Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. May design embedded systems software. Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Provide technical solutions to complex integration problems associated with business solutions built using Microsoft Lync Server 2010/2013 or Skype for Business. Plan/Design/Implement/Maintain with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, IIS. Plan/Design/Implement/Maintain with OCS 2007 R2, 2010, 2013.1. Total of Six (6) years of experience in performing the foregoing functions.2. One (1) year of the foregoing total experience shall have been as a team leader or supervisor. 3. One (1) year of relevant practical experience.4. Five (5) years' experience with telecommunications engineering disciplines and protocols. Comprising of requirements analysis, design, implementation, test and verification. 5. Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Lync Server 2013 and/or Skype for Business with experiences in managing large environments that include all OS clients. 6. Understanding of Microsoft network environment (on premise, online, & hybrid) 7. Experience with Microsoft PowerShell. 8. IAT Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoDD 8140.01 "Cyberspace Workforce Management" (or achieve within six months of TOA or hiring). 9.
