Employee Labor Relations Coordinator
This is an administrative coordinator position for the department of Employee Labor Relations. This person will be performing various admin duties such as answering phones, managing Outlook calendars, drafting and proofreading emails and memos, copying/scanning disciplinary actions and sending them to the appropriate person. They will be drafting and scheduling grievances and scheduling for the VP of HR. They will be sitting at the front desk of the ER (employee relations) Suite and will be greeting employees and other visitors that come into the office. Should have a high level of professionalism and a thick skin to deal with the issues, problems that come up in relation to scheduling grievances. There is a high volume in this department, 300 grievances a year; about 15 a week. They are also working with VP of HR to schedule about 40-50 a month. Lots of moving pieces and stakeholders that demands a high attention to detail. Position requires that person be able to multitask and still provide great customer service and an exceptions professional demeanor. They will be the gatekeeper for scheduling for the executives in the department.
