Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.1. Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.3. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.5. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.6. Participates in scheduled/unscheduled meetings and teleconferences with personnel from the Navy and Marine Corps, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTS-A) staff in-country, to discuss overall issues and milestones including site activation plans and site surveys.7. Track current and future deployed personnel to ensure that they have the necessary documentation to complete their assignments.8. Assist in the preparation of Program Management Review (PMR) Powerpoint slides.9. Take notes and prepare meeting minutes.10. Maintain the "Action Item" tickler log.11. Maintain Training spreadsheet.12. Follow up on mishap reports.13.
