COE ENGINEER CIRCUIT DESIGN JOB DUTIES: 1. Act as a facilitator with IT and ME MSE Test Team for scheduling change management activities This would include scheduling a change, securing buyoff from affected teams, capturing configuration backups, executing change and announcing the change has completed with post maintenance confirmation that the change was successful.. 2. L2/3 related Skill sets to troubleshoot fall-out issues. 3. Help with vendor RMA if equipment goes bad 4. Updating lab Inventory Database as equipment goes in and out of lab MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1. Trouble shooting on the uCPE, running any scripts on the Ucpe 2. Making Physical connections to the ONT-?UCPE, swapping ONT 3. Checking IP Security tunnel and other infrastructure in the lab 4. Checking the IP Connection Pool on Calix/E9 5. Helping on the Failover LTE, or trouble shooting any of the LTE connections 6. Collaborate with the team and support testing of provisioning, activation and surveillance areas between IT systems and equiments. 7. Check for status lights on the devices 8. Help in Reboot the boxes 9. Install firmware upgrades 10. Support work on generating and fixing different types of Alarms on each device for testing purpose. a. Reload/Reseat PON card b. Reload/Reseat Aggregation card c. Remove/reseat PON SFP d. Remove/reseat Aggregation port SFP f. Remove QSFP connection (interconnect) from PON card g. Remove QSFP connection (interconnect) from Aggregation card h. Remove/disconnect EMS connection for Active/Standby Aggregation card i. Remove/disconnect EMS connection for both Active and Standby Aggregation cards k. Remove fiber from ONT l.
