Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Responsibilities Include:Conducts engineering assessments on RMOD technologies (current and future), and ensures the project captures innovative tradecraft, lessons learned, and best practicesWorks closely with RMOD government lead and Product owners to provide engineering analysis of the features backlog and adjust development focus as required to meet mission objectivesProvides recommendations on RMOD services implementation and operationsPerforms technical planning to engineer an integrated RMOD roadmap across other Modernization InitiativesEngages with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute time-phased epics and effectivities for migrating capabilities into the operational baselineSupports the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilitiesConducts user outreach to communicate planned engineering changes, operational concepts, and project status, and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plans Qualifications RequiredActive TS/SCI Clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering / CS / Math / Science / or related technical experience6+ years of systems engineering and integration and/or systems development experienceExperience with NGA or its IC partners, to include both legacy systems, as well as key concepts for future vision and services Demonstrated ability to identify technology gaps in capabilities and processesDemonstrated ability to explain technical issues clearly/accurately to technical/non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to establish effective customer relationships with senior level government personnel; ability to work independently and within a team environmentSelf-starter and able to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesStrong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent written/verbal communications, technical/non-technical presentation skillsDesired Qualifications:Advanced degree or certification in a technical fieldExperience with Agile engineering and development methodsExposure to national, tactical, and commercial data collectors and associated collection tasking and feasibility processes2+ years of experience in system interface engineering or interface analysis1+ years of experience with NGA portfolio initiatives1+ years of experience in technical coordination across the IC
