Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a CIC Business Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Gaithersburg, MD location. The CIC Business Analyst will provide direct project support to the integrated project team working on the ETS2 effort, including support on critical milestones (data setup and validation, communications, testing, and training) associated with the upcoming implementations of a new application. Upon completion of these implementations, the Federal Government client anticipates that the CIC Business Analyst shall be integrated into the CIC/Tier 1 Help Desk team and shall provide end user support on all applications supporting the Agency's Business Systems Division (BSD). Responsibilities * Provide Tier I & Tier II support to end users and enter tickets accurately and promptly into the NIST Service Now * Advise and assist users in problem-solving activities using Information Center tools to resolve problems * Develop and document user business requirements for BSD's products and services and ensure that the requirements were properly implemented * Ensure that business requirements and needs are properly delivered to BSD customers * Assist in organizing, preparing and conducting user personnel training and educational programs for business systems which BSD supports * Provide analysis and recommendations to BSD management for re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment * Recommend process changes to BSD management for integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams * Under general direction, formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems Required Qualifications * 2 years Business Analyst experience * Help desk/desktop support with Carlson Wagonlit's travel system ETS2 * Experience with travel authorizations and travel vouchers utilizing ETS2/E2 Solutions travel system * Experience utilizing ETS2/E2 Solutions to support voucher creation * Possess thorough functional knowledge and understanding of BSD products and services in order to deliver solutions to end user inquiries on current and future products with emphasis on products in production Desired Qualifications * BA/BS * ITIL, HDI, SCR certifications Education HS/GED Clearance Public Trust The MIL Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
