Kinship and Metier are the new restaurants of James Beard Award Winner Chef Eric Ziebold. The restaurants are located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of the city, in an historic building dating back to 1907. Metier offers an intimate dining room with an experience revolving around a seven course tasting menu. Kinship offers an A la carte menu in a bustling fifty seats dining room and bar and was just awarded a Michelin Star. Both restaurants commit themselves to offer creative and contemporary American cuisine with a continued dedication to hospitality. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of experience for Line Cooks.
