Regional Sales Manager - Petrochemical Instrumentation Products
. You have sold and are selling in to the petro- chemical plants or oil and gas facilities - preferably instrumentation products used in blown plants NOT LABS. You have expertise in full blown petro- chemical or oil and gas, steel and utility plants and have motivated channel partners like distributors. This is a technical solutions sale. Client is looking for someone who with their team has sold $100 million in new business annually. You do not have a non-compete agreement but rather a strong network in this industry and the ability to travel the East Coast, Massachusetts to Virginia approx. 50% travel to develop new business and close sales. You will be hired as an Individual contributor for the north east -while managing other sales managers selling in the gulf and mid-west. You will be able to hire your sales team for the north east after developing and selling in this territory. This position involves: Sales Forecasting and Reporting Setting Performance Goals Training, Coaching and motivating the sales force. Position can be based from a home office in: Massachusetts. Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and you must live within 1 hour of a major airport.
