Required Qualifications: HS/GED, with minimum of two (2) years of experience backing up or supporting an IT help desk operation Vocational or technical training in Computer Operations or Computer Technology Support CompTIA A+ or the ability to obtain certification within nine months of hire. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications: MCSA Windows Server 2012 or 2016.
