Conduct program analysis for various National Security topics in support of Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) with a particular focus in future program planning and weapon system performance and technology analysis. Responsible for gathering information, conducting analysis, facilitating client engagements, preparing reports, presentations and whitepapers and presenting results to senior leadership within client organizations. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in Systems Engineering. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Must be capable of leading projects and teams. Must be capable of breaking down complex issues into simplified problem statements and laying out objective approaches to identify and compare the merits of competing solutions. Must be capable of clearly communicating complex ideas in an accessible and understandable way, including presenting material to clients. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship is required. Candidates will be subject to a security investigation. Desired Master's Degree in Systems Engineering. Experience involving requirements development, technical trade's analysis, architecture development (DODAF) and system configuration management. Experience with modeling and simulation of physical and electrical systems. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools and modeling languages (LML, SysML). Demonstrated experience in the following software programs are a plus: Python, MATLAB, Tableau, Palisade Decision Tools SAS's JMP, Cameo Systems Modeler, DOORS.
