Qualifications: Maryland Nursing License Bachelors degree in Nursing, Required Associates Degree will be considered for hard to fill positions with the requirement to obtain a BSN within a specific time frame. CPR (BLS) Certification ACLS Certification Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Collects data in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on the biophysical, psycho social, cognitive, self-care, educational, environmental and discharge planning needs of the patient. Formulates a goal-directed plan of care, which is prioritized and based on identified patient care needs. Initiates plan of care based on established priorities, essential needs and available resources. Assesses the effectiveness of intervention and revises the plan of care as needed.
