    Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-14 level.

    Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.     MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

    SK-17: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level: 1) Employing sophisticated analytical methods to design, implement, and monitor studies of systems using complex quantitative and qualitative data of various sizes from a variety of sources, interpreting and assessing the significance of data, and providing program recommendations based on the analysis to senior management; 2) Composing written analyses and guidance incorporating quantitative and qualitative data and visualizations of the data, especially relating to evaluating equality of opportunity in employment programs; 3) Communicating clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences about complex data analysis issues orally and in writing; and 4) Exercising a range of team leader or supervisory responsibilities.
