To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV I, FG/GS 13 in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is defined as experience with change management and stakeholder engagement, as well as organizing, executing, and then advising in regard to the full life cycle or a major segment of an organization's overall strategic plan and operations, inclusive of extensive studies and communication plans for a complex multi-level organization.
