The George Mason University School of Law seeks candidates for an hourly, part-time (20 to 25 hours per week) Career and Academic Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities: The Career and Academic Services coordinators provide support for law school staff working on career, academic and professional development services and programs for law students and graduates. Duties include, but are not limited to, responding to inquiries from students, alumni, and employers by phone, e-mail and in-person; entering data and scheduling information into central office systems and databases, including Symplicity, various MS Excel spreadsheets, a password-protected intranet, and the online alumni directory (iModules); providing support for career or academic events; and completing general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education and experience is strongly preferred. The successful applicant must have excellent computer and data entry skills, strong written and oral communications skills, and be highly detail oriented and with the ability to multitask.
