Vegan Fine Dining Restaurant hiring
Elizabeth's Gone Raw is Washington's only fine dining raw vegan restaurant, open on Friday nights with the intention to open on Saturday nights as well. We are seeking mindful and enthusiastic servers/bartenders, hosts and food runners for our Friday night dining experience. We offer a prix fixe 7-course raw vegan tasting menu complete with optional wine pairing and craft cocktails. The menu changes monthly with a focus on seasonal and local, organic ingredients. The position is great for students, young professionals and vegan enthusiasts.
