Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with extensive experience and knowledge of DoD clearances, OFCCP rules and regulations and government contracting. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (eg phone, BlueJeans and structured). Knowledge of internet research, including sourcing and database mining techniques and experience with talent acquisition through social media channels is required. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Experience posting available positions in compliance with company policy and procedures and federal and state laws is required. Proven ability to generate high quality diverse candidates under tight timelines. Proven track record of delivering hiring results. Must be self-motivated and results driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with SPA hiring managers and outside candidates. Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi-task is required. Excellent collaboration skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great customer interaction. Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance. Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
