About Forensic & Litigation Consulting The Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice at FTI Consulting provides multidisciplinary, independent dispute advisory, investigative, data acquisition/analysis and forensic accounting services to the global business and legal community. About the Opportunity: FTI's Forensic and Litigation Consulting (FLC) segment is looking for a Marketing Specialist to work in the firm's Washington, DC office. The Marketing Specialists responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): PRIMARY DUTIES: Marketing Collateral Maintaining and updating practice marketing materials, including practice group descriptions, service sheets, and consultant biographies. Coordinating and maintaining professional photos of consultants. Assisting with the assembly and printing of brochures, pitch books and event materials, as needed. Events Handling needs for events, seminars and special meetings, and booking of meeting rooms, equipment, etc. Coordinating FLC event materials, coordinating with FLC digital team to develop invitations and track RSVP responses, preparing name badges, preparing marketing packets and assisting with follow up. Assisting with the development of Twitter posts for relevant FLC accounts to promote events and FLC services. Website Content Assisting with FLC website maintenance including submitting collateral requests and content changes for all practice areas and industries within FLC, updating the events for FLC and relevant industries as well as work with FLC digital team to ensure all bios are uploaded and up-to-date. Assisting with Firm intranet information, as necessary. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Mailing Lists Updating and retrieving information using the firms CRM database, SalesForce. Putting together campaigns in SalesForce to manage events and analyze ROI Additional Miscellaneous Responsibilities Providing general assistance to the FLCractice Segment, as needed. Availability to work nights and weekends on occasion, as needed. Required Skills and Experience BA in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. One or more years of experience in marketing/communications. Preferred Skills and Experience Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude. Flexibility to handle a variety of projects and assignments in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required. Knowledge of HTML/Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and In Design a plus. SalesForce experience a plus Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred Position Classification Non-exempt #LI-MG1 #CB#
